1 cup of cooked brown rice. ( My favorite is Jasmine Brown Rice) 

Cooking Time

5 Minutes


1 portion


1/2 cup of Almond milk ( or favorite Milk) 

1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

small handful of raisins

 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup

Half a chopped Banana


Place all the Ingredients in a small pot, bring to the boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes for desired consistency.Eat warm.
